The spUN (space policy and Universalization) Debates educational program was first piloted at NSS 2018 ISDC (International Space Development Conference). Its goal is to encourage students to develop skills in research, critical thinking, organization, persuasion and communication while considering space policy. The success of the 2018 debates resulted in even more student participants and debate visibility at the 2019 ISDC. The success of these debates resulted in a decision to make the debates an annual event - for which NSS needs your help.
The spUN Debates attract students from around the world and are an exciting way for students to learn about and debate space policy and governance issues. Your donation to the spUN Debate fund is important. It will help ensure the financial resources that are necessary for the debate's continued success. The donation process is quick and easy.
